Amy pulled all the stops on this one. the story begins in a simple, yet elegant cinnamon vanilla ice cream, a humble setting for our protagonist…Chill Bros homemade apple butter. Granny smith apples cooked to perfection with brown sugar and blended into a sweet and mildly tangy purée that is then ribboned throughout each pint and tub. Flakey homemade pie crust( the stuff takes 3 days to make and is worth every second of that wait) it’s buttery, and crispy with a thin sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. An affair that started 3 years ago has gotten better with each passing year. Today they make a delicious masterpiece that we at chill bros call apple pie ice cream. “la fin”
