Honey Bacon Brittle, made with Neuske’s applewood smoked bacon, folded in to brown sugar-bourbon ice cream featuring “Spirit of the Oak” Bourbon from our friends at Dark Door Spirit’s. This limited time flavor is available in pints and scoops at both Chill Bros Locations and proceeds will go to the Pig Jig team as they raise money for NephCure International. Which brings me to my next point….Get your tickets to this years Pig Jig on the river and enjoy some country music and great barbecue for an even greater cause.
