BONFIRE S’mores


We take Creamy Milk Chocolate Ganache, designed to closely resemble the texture of soft milk chocolate at subzero temperatures, and pour it over honey graham cracker to make soft bite sized pieces of the first two components of a s’more setup. Now for the star of the show, the marshmallow. The ice cream itself is infused with good old fashioned incinerated marshmallows. Setting aside her culinary degree Amy reverted back to her pyro maniac childhood to create something “technically wrong” that tastes so right. And finally for that last bit of texture and pop We pipe in billows of gooey marshmallow fluff to emulate the soft center that covers your hands and mouth when you bite in to the perfect s’more.
