Well, the stars of the show are (obviously) fresh, perfectly ripe, Plant City Blueberries that we get in special from our berry partners over at Wish Farms—Thanks Dez!

These beautiful little berries are cooked into a most delicious purple jam that is ribboned throughout a fresh, lightly lemoned, sweet-cream ice cream with a crispy, brown sugar oat crumble.

Since 1922, Wish Farms has been growing the berries you love to eat. The family business started with humble beginnings on the streets of New York City, selling produce from a pushcart. Over the past century the Wishnatzki family has refined their business and built a tradition on providing the best tasting berries.

The nationally recognized year-round supplier of berries calls Plant City, Florida home and third generation owner Gary Wishnatzki works alongside his son and daughter as well as their spouses at their newly completed campus right off of I-4. 

It’s only natural that we get the delicious, fresh strawberries and blueberries for our ice cream from our neighbors and berry experts, Wish Farms.
