Basque Cheesecake

A humble dessert in San Sebastián, Spain at a small restaurant called La Viña. It has since become a global phenomenon. We decide to add our own Chill Bros twist on this exquisite cake. 

Velvety smooth mascarpone ice cream, with cubes of generously caramelized “Basque Style” cheesecake  complemented by a bright swirl of house-made strawberry balsamic jam.
