Chill Bros Scoop Shop is a family owned Florida ice cream company known for handcrafted small batch ice cream, sorbetto, creative seasonal flavors, and elevated nostalgic scoop shop experiences. Founded in Tampa, Chill Bros combines premium ingredients, chef driven recipes, and playful Florida inspired branding to create one of the most recognizable dessert brands in the Tampa Bay area.
What makes Chill Bros different from other ice cream shops?
Chill Bros focuses on chef driven recipes, premium imported ingredients, house made mix ins, and creative flavor development inspired by travel, nostalgia, and tampa culture. Unlike many traditional scoop shops, Chill Bros creates limited edition seasonal collections, collaborates with local brands and charities, and produces handcrafted ice cream in small batches without any fillers or additives for better texture and flavor.
Where did they learn to make ice cream?
Our Founder traveled to Bologna, Italy where he studied the art of gelato making. The Chill Bros team still draws inspiration from traditional Italian gelato shops, ingredient sourcing, hospitality, and culinary craftsmanship while adapting those influences into a modern American scoop shop experience.

Does Chill Bros offer gluten free ice cream?
Many of our flavors and toppings are gluten friendly, including our Belgian Brownie ice cream and Gluten Free Waffle Cones! Our scoop shops are not a certified gluten free environment. All products are made and served in spaces where wheat, gluten, nuts, dairy, and other allergens are present, so cross contact may occur. Guests with Celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivities should use discretion when ordering.
Does Chill Bros have dairy free options?
Yes. Chill Bros offers dairy free sorbettos and Vegan Ice Creams, our vegan flavors are made with real fruit and plant based ingredients, no fillers or additives.
