Wright's Gourmet House
Wright's Gourmet House has been serving Tampa since 1963, when Marjorie and Pete Wright opened a small storefront known for imported delicacies, fresh-roasted meats, and hearty sandwiches. Their hands-on approach to the business turned small moments into lasting traditions, a German baker's special round loaf became the now-iconic Bucket Bread, and a customer's secret recipe became Wright's famous rum cake. Decades later, it's still known for those same signature sandwiches and decadent baked goods, along with catering and private events at its South Tampa location.
